In 2012, Paul and Wayne purchased an existing purified water store, formerly Drink More Water located in the Travilah Square Shopping Center in Rockville, MD. These two partners realized the need for Ultra-Purified Water available at an affordable price making it available to everyone. Just a few years after opening, they moved the business to a free-standing building just one mile down the road to 14050 A Travilah Road, Rockville, MD and hired a reputable local engineering company to build a $100,000 state of the art water purification system.
Since 2017, My Water Store has been in the new location and has employed dozens of local residents and donated to numerous schools, sporting and non-profit events. A large part of our business model is being productive and contributing members in our community. During the COVID19 Pandemic, My Water Store has remained open 7 days a week to serve our customers.

10 Step Purification Process
- Water Softening Salt -Removes minerals such as calcium and magnesium.
- 10 Micron Sediment Filter - Removes larger particles, such as dirt and sand.
- Ion Exchange - Highly effective at removing metals such as lead, mercury, iron and cadmium.
- Granular Activated Carbon - removes chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, & organic contaminants.
- 5 Micron Carbo Filter - Removes remaining particles.
- 1 Micron Carbon Filter - Particles as small as one millionth of a meter are trapped and removed from the water,
- Ultra-Violet Disinfection - Eliminates the possibility of bacterial and viral reproduction.
- Dual Pass Reverse Osmosis - High pressure is used to force water across a 20 layer membrane. Dissolved impurities which cannot be removed by conventional filtration are captured and eliminated.
- Ozonation - 1500 times more effective than chlorine as a disinfectant.
- Storage & Recirculation - Water is recirculated through 3 stainless steel tanks and ready for distribution.
